What are the main ingredients?

Using only the best quality and ethically sourced ingredients, our wax melts are created using 100% natural soy wax and biodegradable glitter, meaning our products are vegan friendly and cruelty-free. All of our products have been throughly tested prior to being available to you, ensuring our products give you the strongest scent throw.

How do I clean my wax burner?

Our fav top tip: Pop your burner in the freezer for 20 minutes and the wax will slide right off - no mess!

How long should I expect my order to be delivered?

First of all, thank you for placing your order, we cant wait for you to receive it. Your order will be delivered via RoyalMail 2nd Class. All products from our range are carefully hand-made, and therefore we are operating with a 7-10 day turnaround time. We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure you are happy with your order.

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email with your name, order number, and reason for your return. You can request a refund within 14 days since your order was placed. Items being returned MUST be unused and in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage costs, unless the item is faulty when received. After we have received your returned goods, we will inspect and notify confirmation of the return process. Once approved, a refund will be processed, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund amount to be processed back to your original payment method.

Do you accept scent suggestions?

What happens to my order during extreme summer temperatures?

We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure you are satisfied with your order. In some cases, summer temperatures can cause wax-based products to melt slightly; we constantly keep an eye on the weather forecast and aim to avoid shipping your goods during elevated temperatures to avoid this. Your order will still be shipped ASAP but, in some cases, we may delay this by 24-48 hours if temperatures are expected to be high.

Do you offer gift cards?

Currently we do not offer gift cards, but it is something we are looking closely into, so keep an eye out!

I want to make a custom order, do you offer this service?

We want to ensure everyone is happy, so yes! Whether its for wedding favours, baby showers, birthdays or any special occasion. We can create a custom order personalised for you.
